Austin Dance India offers a 6-week workshop for intermediate/advanced Bharata Natyam students to learn a traditional dance from their lineage based in the ancient city of Tanjavur in southern India. The piece, depicting the deity Shiva, will be taught and then performed in an open showing on the last day. Anyone is welcome to come and watch the final session!
