Enjoy somatic support, free form movement, live music and creative flow! Going beyond nervous system regulation, we relax and enter a space of innate ease, wellbeing and joyful renewal. Reunite with deeper inner balance, grounding your body and uplifting your heart. Come just as you are and participate as works for you - sitting, standing or lying down, with your camera on or off. This compassionate safe space welcomes all bodies. No prior experience in dance or drumming is needed. This is a rare opportunity to participate in an online event with Eco-conscious Music Alliance Founder, Lisa Pavati. She brings over three decades of expertise in Body-Mind Therapies and Transformational Expressive Arts. This unique event weaves gentle facilitation with an honoring of your own intuitive awareness and inspiration. The live music portion features drumming with members of Living Earth Circle!
