Kicking the Bucket Listening Club (Yarborough)

Kicking the Bucket Listening Club returns this fall for an 8-week series pairing storytelling, optional basket weaving, and conversation about the questions we'll all face someday. Each week, participants listen to a chapter of Andee Kinzy’s audio dramedy Kicking the Bucket, with basket weaving led by artist Melissa Knight, followed by discussion with occupational therapists and end-of-life practitioners Michelle McCarty and Melissa Saffron of Reinventing Independence. Topics include caregiving, medical decision-making, memory loss, independence, legacy, and planning ahead. It's for anyone who plans to grow older. Join at any point in the series; we'll catch you up. Registration encouraged. Thursdays, 6-7:30 p.m. Continues through Oct. 29. Price: Free.
