Move with confidence in a small, mask-required class designed with accessibility in mind. Led by a skilled physical therapist, each workout offers personalized modifications for chronic illness, fatigue, joint pain, disability, or whatever your body needs that day. Whether you’re immunocompromised or simply feel safer exercising in a masked space, you’re welcome here - exactly as you are. Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.. Price: $20.
