Community Workout

Community Workouts are queer- and trans-affirming group workouts open to all bodies and all experience levels. We’ll move together at a sustainable pace, offering plenty of options so you can choose what feels good for your body that day - no body policing, no pressure to “keep up,” just a supportive space to sweat, laugh, and get stronger in community. Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.. Price: $20.
