Queer and Trans Yoga

Want to learn how to safely and confidently do a yoga practice that relaxes your nervous system, mind, and muscles? Want to gain mobility and strength in a low-impact, accessible, body-neutral way with a trans instructor and queer folks? Great, because now you can! Each Queer + Trans Yoga class is tailored to the needs of the group and includes optional variations so you can find the practice that works for your body. This class is always beginner-friendly. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfy clothes to move in! Tuesdays, 7-8 p.m.. Price: $20.
