There Is No Straight Line: Reinventing Your Career

Careers rarely unfold exactly as planned - and the moments that look like detours can sometimes lead to the most meaningful next chapter. In this conversation, Alexis Cantos, Founder of The Breadwinners will share a candid discussion about building careers that evolve over time. Drawing on her own experiences navigating different industries, roles, and chapters of life, she'll explore what it means to step away, change direction, become a parent or caregiver, start something new, or simply reconsider what you want from your career. At a moment when layoffs, longer job searches, and workplace uncertainty are prompting many people to rethink what comes next, the conversation will examine how periods of transition can create space for reinvention - and how our definitions of ambition, growth, and success can change throughout our careers.
