Work Less. Achieve More: Why Hire a Team When You Can Become One?
Thursday, October 29, 2026 · 10:00 AM at STATION Austin (Voltron, Floor 1).
Early this year, OpenClaw put an AI agent on people's own machines, with its own memory, tools, and inbox, running around the clock. Since then, always on personal agents have gone mainstream with Grok Bot, Muse, Dots, Manus, and a long line of startups. One person with a few good agents can now cover work that used to take a small team. whurley works this way every day. He'll show what that actually looks like: •Handing off the busywork: inbox triage, scheduling, follow ups, research, and first drafts that get done while you're doing something else •Agents working as a team: one researches, one writes, one builds, and you review and make the calls •What still breaks: agents that get facts confidently wrong, run up costs, or act without asking, plus the guardrails that keep them in check •How to start this week without handing over the keys to everything Expect real examples and plenty of time for questions. This session is hosted by Clawstin, Austin's original personal agent meetup. It started in early 2026 around OpenClaw and now covers every kind of personal agent. We meet monthly to show what our agents actually do and trade notes on what works and what doesn't. Visiting for Tech Week? Come to one. Find the next meetup at https://clawstin.com/.
